The question behind Lavvi was ordinary: where can we find a washroom we can actually use?

In his founder’s note, Vansh Jain describes a family drive to a hill station. Finding a suitable washroom for his mother became a difficult part of the journey.
The experience stayed with him. Knowing that a petrol pump, restaurant or toilet block existed somewhere along the road did not answer the question that mattered at that moment: would it be a usable stop?
A small question to build around

From one journey to a shared map
One person cannot keep every listing current. The idea depends on people adding places they know, sharing what they find, and correcting details that no longer hold.
A clear entrance photo or a short note about an entry fee may seem modest. For the next traveller, it can remove an unanswered question from the trip.
Keep the original reason close
As features are added, it is useful to return to that original situation: someone is out with family, needs a washroom, and wants straightforward information.
The map should help them make a choice with the information available. The community’s job is to make that information a little more useful for whoever comes next.
