If a toilet is reported closed or dirty by high-trust users, it instantly drops back to Orange (Unverified) until someone confirms it again.

When Saheli Mode is toggled on, our algorithm strictly filters out isolated, unlit, or low-traffic washrooms. It exclusively displays highly-rated commercial washrooms, mall facilities, and designated Pink Toilets, prioritizing physical security over proximity.

We know your time is money. Use the S.O.S (Panic Mode) button on the home screen to bypass all menus and instantly route to the nearest open, free washroom. The app clearly tags "Free Entry" facilities so you never have to waste time negotiating.

Every helpful action—adding a new washroom, uploading an accurate photo, or verifying a location—earns you Trust Points. As your score rises, your reviews carry more weight in our algorithm, and you can unlock exclusive "Toilet Guardian" badges in your city.

When you're within 500m of a toilet, tap "I'm Here — Confirm Open" on its card. You get +2 Trust Points and keep our map accurate.

Absolutely. Browsing the map, reading reviews, and using S.O.S navigation is 100% free and requires no account. You only need to sign up if you want to write reviews, upload photos, or earn Trust Points on the leaderboard.

We only use your location to show nearby toilets in real-time. We don't save your location history, and we never sell your data.
