Welcome to Lavvi. By using our platform, you are joining a vital community movement to solve India's public sanitation crisis. We rely on the integrity of our users to maintain an accurate, safe, and reliable map for commuters, delivery partners, and women across the country.

Please review these rules carefully before contributing. Your continued use of the Lavvi application constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.

1. Community Trust & Acceptable Use

Lavvi's ecosystem is built entirely on trust. Misinformation compromises the safety and relief of others. You agree NOT to:

Create fraudulent or non-existent toilet locations on the map.
Upload irrelevant, graphic, or inappropriate photos.
Write spam reviews, artificially boost ratings, or falsely verify a closed toilet.
Scrape, mine, or extract our crowdsourced data without explicit commercial permission.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Accounts found violating these trust guidelines will face permanent bans, and all associated Trust Points will be forfeited. We actively monitor for anomalies to protect the community.

2. Contributions & Ownership

When you add photos or write reviews, you grant Lavvi a perpetual license to display them publicly on the app. This helps millions of others make informed decisions.

You are legally responsible for what you post. Ensure your photos only capture the washroom facilities and do not violate the privacy of others. All media uploads are heavily moderated, and repeat offenders will lose media privileges.

3. Safety & Limitations of Liability

Lavvi is a dynamic, crowdsourced map. While features like Saheli Mode filter for safety, we provide all data strictly "as is".

We cannot guarantee that a listed washroom will be open, clean, or secure at the exact moment of your arrival.
Lavvi is not legally liable for any incidents, damages, or disputes that occur at user-listed facilities.
Always prioritize your personal safety and exercise your own judgment when visiting public or commercial spaces.

4. Policy Updates

We may update these rules as Lavvi grows. If you keep using the app, it means you accept the new rules. If you don't agree, you can always delete your account. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app banner.
